– Couples’ Therapy: These sessions may be conducted in either 60 or 75-minute formats, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the couple.

Frequency of Sessions: Research indicates that psychotherapy is most effective with a minimum of one session per week. Attending sessions more frequently tends to yield better outcomes.
